My site was hosted at the time with a big company, and I was having many problems with their service. Eventually I have moved the site away from them, when I got fed up with the excuses I received when things were going wrong, and I was really annoyed to hear that according to them, it was always someone's else's fault.
Since I have asked you to look after me, and together we have moved my site to your hosting facilities, I had no real problems, and the minor interference that I have come across with the e-mail facilities, you have dealt with and fixed, even before I had a chance to check my e-mail for your response. Because you are at the end of an e-mail message, or a telephone line, I know that I am not on my own and I can therefore sleep much better at night.
