Downtime Reimbursement

Customers who wish to claim reimbursement for the current month's hosting fees for the rare occurance when the uptime is below the contracted level should download this form, fill it out, and mail it to the address in the letterhead.
GeniusWeb will promptly issue a check, along with $1 additional to cover customer mailing costs once the request is received and verified.
